Bill and Maria Bell Residence
27712 Pacific Coast Highway is a house in Malibu, California designed by the architect Tadao Ando. It was built in for the art collectors Maria and Bill Bell, Jr. It was bought in May 2023 by the entertainers Beyoncé and Jay-Z for $200 million, establishing a new record for the most expensive residence sold in California.[1]
The house is located on a 6 acre plot on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California.[1] The house is 40,000 sq ft.[1] It was previously sold for $14.5 million in 2003.[1]
