The singer — who, as a Spice Girl, was labeled Baby Spice, thanks to her youthful wardrobe — also has a 3-year-old son, Beau, with her fiancé, chef Jade Jones. “Our beautiful son Tate has arrived safe and sound!” Bunton tweeted. “We are all so happy and excited.
