Globestvg Lisa Rinna’s and Joey Fatone’s Sunday evening suddenly freed up.

The hosts of TV Guide Network’s ongoing awards coverage, the stars were on tap to hit the red carpet on Sunday, beginning at 6 p.m. (ET). But with the Globes reduced to a press conference and no celebs in sight, Rinna and Fatone will have to wait until the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 27 to bust out their kudocast threads.

Instead, TV Guide Network plans to shrink its Globes coverage down to three hours, starting with a two-hour “Countdown to the Globes” special Sunday at 7 p.m. (ET). Chris Harrison (“The Bachelor”) and Maria Sansone (“The 9 on Yahoo!”) will host, live from the network’s studios.

Show will feature awards pundits and pre-taped packages about the nominees.

Then, Harrison and Sansone will be back at 10 p.m. for an hour-long in-studio “Globes Wrap-Up” at 10 p.m.

E! Entertainment TV, which had scheduled a bevy of Globes-related coverage hosted by E! News anchors Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana dePandi, is still mulling its options and will likely announce its new plans tomorrow.
