In a pre-Berlin casting, Rebecca Hall has come on board indie romantic comedy “Tumbledown” alongside Jason Sudeikis, Blythe Danner and Joe Manganiello.

Sierra/Affinity will commence international sales next week at the European Film Market. CAA is handling domestic rights.

Production will start in late March in Massachusetts, with Sean Mewshaw directing from a screenplay by Desi Van Til.

Kristin Hahn is producing the project along with Aaron L. Gilbert and Margot Hand of Bron Studios.

Hall will portray a widow deep in the Maine woods who is unable to move on after the death of her husband, an acclaimed musician and the subject of the biography she’s struggling to write. She meets a brash New York academic who has a different take on her husband’s life, and they begin to collaborate.

Hall recently wrapped production on the sci-fi action drama “Transcendence” and was seen in “Iron Man 3.”
