CNN Newsource is the world's most extensively syndicated news service, comprised of approximately 650 network affiliates and independent television stations throughout North America. In addition to live correspondent reports from the scene of breaking news stories, CNN Newsource affiliates receive 17 newsfeeds each weekday and 12 newsfeeds each weekend day. CNNfn, the financial network, provides up-to-the-minute business and financial news in a fast-paced and accessible style. CNNfn delivers comprehensive and informative financial news coverage 24 hours a day, each weekday. CNNfn provides real-time stock tickers with quotes from the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. CNNfn and CNN/U.S. aired the first bicoastal financial news program in September 2000 when Willow Bay began co-anchoring Moneyline News Hour from Los Angeles, with Stuart Varney continuing to anchor from the CNNfn headquarters in New York. To help keep pace with the emerging trends of the technology-driven economy, CNN also increased its West Coast operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Seattle.
