Summit Entertainment LLC and Imagi Studios (USA) Inc. have entered into a global alliance whereby Summit will distribute Imagi's upcoming CG-animated motion picture ASTRO BOY worldwide except for Imagi's reserved territories of Japan, Hong Kong and China.

Entertainment One Income Fund (Entertainment One Ltd. ) announced that it has signed a multi-territory all rights agreement with Summit Entertainment LLC to exclusively distribute all titles released by Summit for the UK and Canadian markets from the beginning of 2008 until the end of 2010. Summit Entertainment anticipates releasing 10-12 movies annually through this agreement. Entertainment One will distribute the motion pictures through all channels including cinema, DVD, television and digital media. It will continue to distribute on a long term basis titles released by Summit in the three year period covered by the agreement.
