Entrepreneur turns old union building into his headquarters

Fleetwood Hicks kept the 1948 building's shell untouched but gutted the interiors to create one wide-open living space.

As the owner of a funky little bicycle shop, Fleetwood Hicks is no stranger to taking the road less traveled. He uses the same off-the-beaten-path approach to real estate, too.
