I cannot even begin to describe what I am feeling right now. I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU PORTLAND! You are a city that loves rock and roll and I am so grateful for yall giving me such a warm welcome and getting me so pumped for Wonderworld! To be honest I was feeling a bit melancholy just because I am away from home, my friends, and especially my dad BUT you guys took my blues away. I love you all so much! I am looking forward to 57 more shows! GOD BLESS!

I'm a little sad today. Somehow my E.P. got put out on the shelf with the my clothing line 3 days earlier than the release date. So on Monday (the day it was supposed to come out) the numbers got turned into Billboard. Kind of a bummer because if someone WAS gonna buy a copy of the record it would've been on Monday. =[ I am so blessed to even be on the charts and I dont want to come off ungrateful but I believe this E.P. had more potential. But Doo Da Doo its all good! Everything happens for a reason =]

Been laying around sick alllll day! When I first got home I took and nap and then one of my bestfriends brought me a Panera sandwich and we did a bible study! After that I went and saw my amazing doctor who gave me the bad news that I have strep throat- BUMMER! Brandi, being the rad big sis she is came and laid in bed with me and we listened to music. Now I'm hangin with my mommy doing arts and crafts and taking pics of what we make and sending em to my dad who is WAY to far away from me right now! I wish he was home! I always love hanging with my daddy and drinkin' ovaltine with him when I'm sick! We made him this HUGE sign that says "WE MISS YOU" He was so stoked! He misses his girls too! Now I am sitting on the couch with my 13 year old rescue dog Fluke! I found her outside a Wal-Mart parking lot in a cardboard box in the middle of a hurricane in 1996! I was on tour with my dad and Fluke was the last one and so daddy said I could keep her! When I was little "Fluke" was my favorite movie so thats where she got her name! She is the sweetest dog ever! She's much older now and is starting to have a hard time getting around and her eye sight isn't the greatest but it hasn't effected her heart. I swear when I got home she could vibe that I was sick she came right up to me and handed me her paw and started licking my hands. NOW, I think I'm gonna go snuggle with Mommy and Brandi and watch "Catch and Release" and then possibly "Titanic" HAVE A GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE! PLLLLEASSEE KEEP MY HEALTH IN YOUR PRAYERS! GOTTA GET BACK ON MY FEET AND START REHEARSING FOR TOUR AGAIN!

I got up and went running this morning at 7 a.m. and now I am at rehearsals waiting for a ride to go home. I honestly have never had a head-ache like this. Nothing to worry about but much better to be safe than sorry. Especially when your working on a tour like this. Everyone here @ “Wonderworld” (the name of the tour) has been so awesome and understanding!

I just realized my album comes out in 4 days. I am so excited. Honestly there are so many times when I get so frustrated and just want to give up music. Its so hard to see people that don’t genuinely love the ART of music release songs that don’t mean anything and people listen to them. My heart also aches for the people out there with so much talent and are selling out and just producing the music they are told to. I am so grateful for the success “Party in the USA” has had but that is not who I am. I needed a song that would be good inspiration for the clothing line and no doubt it is a great summer party song! But there is so much more to me than what has been heard. There is a song on the new EP called “Obsessed” and “When I look at you” and THAT is the type of music I am proud of! There is also a song on there called Talk is cheap and Kicking and screaming that I am so excited for you all to hear. I’m so stoked about this album coming out because it is a good transition into my next record. The one that will be ALL me. The one that will inspire and hopefully change lives. I want to be seen as more than this disney artist. I love doing HM and no pun intended I really do have the best of both worlds. Before Hannah Montana and High School Musical music really wasn’t incorporated to the channel and I am so thankful to be apart of that beautiful addition. But I am ready to take a step back from everything and make the record I believe in 100 percent! Thank you for always supporting me. My Mileyworld fans are THE best in the entire world. I love you guys so much. You truly are what gets me out of bed each day :) YOU ARE HEROS!

Time for bed! Today was radical! Started out running with Jamal (trainer/choreographer) at 8 am, then band rehearsal, dance rehearsal, snack break (peanut butter jelly), dance video shoot, and then dinner with Luke, Brandi and up and coming artist Kesha! Now this girl has gotta get some rest. Tomorrow I’m waking up at 7 am to go running and then to rehearsals allllll day! Goodnight!

Laying in bed after a day full of awesomeness! At like 12:30 I went and had sushi with my big sister Brandi and her room mate Kirsten! It was so nice to catch up with the girls! We talked about everything. Tybee, Love, Music, Family, "Friends", LA..... Literally everything. After that we went to the Army Surplus store and I got 2 rockin' hats and a pair of aviators! I love thrift shopping! After that we hit up Coffee Bean and then picked up mama and went and got our nails done! I totally dropped a polish and it exploded everywhere! So embarrassing! Anyhooo my dad's b-day is on Tuesday and he will be out of town so we had a little party for him tonight. While mommy cooked pasta Brandi cleaned my closet from top to bottom. Only Branderz can make a chore fun! We laughed non-stop. I did a "jean fashion show" for her and got rid of A TON of pants! I think I might write a thank you letter to a few different brands that I discovered in my closet. There are very few designers who stay true to sizes. I am sorry but some of these jeans are soooo wrong. Since when is a 26 like a triple 0. Not chill. After that we had dinner with the family which was so cool! It was so weird ALL OF US in the same kitchen at the same time! We are rarely even in the same country! Once dinner was over and daddy opened his gifts Brandi, Mandy, and I went and hung out with some friends at the Warped Tour wrap party! Super cool to run into some old friends and of course make new ones. NOW... i am safe and sound under the covers in my comfy bed! Time to get some sleep! Tomorrow I do a photo-shoot all day for the new Miley and Max stuff for next season! So excited! I love you all! XO, MILEY

If you don't know Zac Brown's music check it out! He is so incredibly talented. I just sat in bed and listened to his entire record! I never get tired of it! While Liam and I shot the movie in GA this all we listened to! We would drive from Tybee to Savannah which is like a 45 minute car ride and we would JAM to Zac! We would turn it up as loud as we could and sing just as loud! Good Times! Our favorite to listen to was "Toes" but my FAVORITE is "Free"

Last night I went out to support fellow Nashville natives, Kings of Leon. They were so incredible. They are TRUE artists. Their voices are so incredible and they are extremely humble. I really hope that it isn't just apart of the act. He constantly thanked the fans and his family. The entire band is related which I think is such a blessing. Nothing is better than sharing success with the ones you love. They make Tennessee so proud! Unfortunately I missed the first act "The Whigs" because I was running a bit late. Before I got on the plane to go back to LA I got a call from my friend Carter inviting me to go see KoL with some friends. My flight landed at 6:30 and he was picking me up at 7:15! I took probably the quickest shower of all history and I rocked the no make-up look haha! I did what I do best and took a bunch of eye liner and smeared it around my face ha! I wish I could've looked a bit better because at the concert I ran into Justin Timberlake! He is such a sweet guy and he is ALSO from Nashville! SMALL WORLD! ( I try to act all cool but I was totally star struck)
After I got home from the concert my best friend Mandy picked me up and we went and hung out at Tiffany Thorton's with Demi and some other friends. I also saw David Henry who I haven't seen in a while so that was cool. I've missed Demi so much while she's been away on tour! It was so good to see her again!
With all that said I had a good first night in LA! I miss Tybee very much and I can't wait to go back and visit. But until then I have great friends and family to keep me going and of course YOU GUYS!

Laying on the sofa in my trailer with Sofie Ray. Listening to the rain dance on the roof top, watching the lightening strike, listening to thunder sing in perfect harmony with the earth. What a life. Then there’s chaos. Cast, crew, producers, assistants running around like the world is coming to an end. Walkie’s rumbling with a bunch of static-y voices I can hardly understand. People cursing the heavens because for 5 minutes they don’t have Wi-Fi. For once I wish that the world would just stop turning. I wish everyone would take a moment to be still. I wish they all would just inhale GOD’s peace, love and blessings. Please, do me this one favor tonight. Close your eyes, even if only for a few minutes and just listen. Enjoy the wind brushing through the trees, the rhythm of the rain on your window, or even just the silence. Every second, every breath, every beat of your heart is a gift from the LORD. Please do not make the same mistake that I so often do, and take it for granted.

Doing a scene with Carly Chaikin aka “Blaze” today where I get caught stealing a watch, which SHE puts in my bag. I could never imagine! How scary and humiliating that would be? Its in a shop that sells cds, jewlery, ALLIGATOR HEADS, and A LOT more haha! When “Blaze” frames me and sneaks the watch in my bag I’m looking at records. Watch closely if you see the film, all the albums I’m looking at are my favorite artists and bands. U2, the cure, John Lennon, Flogging Molly and the one I’m holding up when she comes up behind me is Ben Folds :) just a little Last Song trivia. :) love yall!

Its raining on Tybee this afternoon. Its so nice listening to the beautiful rhythm the rain creates. I feel like writing a song but I’m guitar-less unfortunately. Guess I’ll sit in the trailer with the girls :) I love spending time with Julie and Tena (hair and makeup) I always walk away feeling inspired. Got to “the last song” set and Julie Hewitt (make- up) and Tena Parker (hair) were rockin my Miley and Max line! They made it look so hot! It just shows it really is a line for everyone! My mom has been stealing my Miley and Max flats from me everyday ha! She loves the cheetah flats with the hard core studs! I wore them at the studio all day yesterday! The most fun thing about having a clothing line is giving it to friends and seeing them add their own style to it! :) I love you guys! Thank you so much for making Miley and Max such a hit! I couldn’t do anything without yalls support! You keep me making music, movie, shows, and rockin designs!

Okay. So yesterday at like 7:30 I got super tired but had plans at 9 to watch a movie with friends. I decided to take a nap on the porch… Yeah I just woke up! I was so exhausted! Haha! Call me crazy but right now I am staying at a haunted hotel with my mommy in Savannah. We had a close friend have an experience with Anna as well as many others have. She was killed in room 204. Some say she jumped out the window but they found glass shattered around her dead body. If she jumped, wouldn’t she have opened the window first? My close friend, who DOESN’T believe in ghosts was staying in room 204 one night when he saw a little girl walk across the room into the bathroom. When he went in to get his things his shampoo and conditioner was turned over and over flowing into the sink. After that he spent the night IN HIS CAR scared out of his mind. I will let you know if I discover any ghostly activity. :) love you guys. P.S. BOO!

I walked over to my suitcase to pull out my toothbrush and saw my boots were wet. I said to mom “oh crud something leaked” I opened my make up case and NOTHING had spilled! All my clothes and converse were completely dry as well. I always pack my boots on the bottom and they were left on top with a wet hand print on both boots. Apparently Ana ( ghost in room 204 ) likes Steve Madden!!!

Hey guys… Its 2am and I still can’t fall asleep! I didn’t get off the set until midnight and I’m exhausted, but my throat hurts so bad I can’t sleep! Yuk. I hate being sick. Anyway, just wanted to catch up and say hello.

Hi from the set of "the Last Song". I really love it here in Georgia. Everybody on the set is really great and I've got my Mommy and Mammie on the set with me every day. Also have my sweet girl Sophie (my pup) with me. It's great to have family on the set.
Most nights we have thunderstorms and I love falling asleep to the sound of the rain. There is just something so peaceful in that.
The food here has been amazing. Lovin' the crab legs at this little place on the island! Yum!!

Just wanted to let you know how excited I am about my first day of shooting tomorrow for my new movie The Last Song. I hung out with the cast today and went Jetskiing and boating. It was so much fun. Im glad we got to spend some time together before we start shooting tomorrow!
Anyway, Id better run so I can work on my script and then try and fall asleep. Big Day Tomorrow!

Hey Guys! Just wanted to give you a quick update on my life! Im sorry Ive been so busy and havent had time to update my blogs very often! Im really going to try and keep you guys updated on a regular basis.
This is such a new beginning for me. Im in a new city, in a new home, with a new hair color, doing a new movie with a completely new character. Its going to be a great challenge for me to play such a diffenent part. Im really happy and excited to start this new chapter in my life. Ive waited to do something like this for a long time. Ive been offered so many different parts in different movies and never been able to do them between my HM schedule and touring and working on my musci. Not only my music, but the Soundtracks for the show and the HM movie. This is the 1st time Ive had enough time to fit a movie into my schedule. Im so grateful Im getting to this and have been so blessed to be doing a role Im so passionate about. Ive always been a fan of Nicholas Sparks and his books and movies and to have him write this specifically for me is a dream come true!
Anyway, Im getting ready to do school and then off to the ocean for some jet skiing!

Hey everyone! Guess what?! I FINALLY got a whole day off! Thats right.... the whole day! I couldn't believe it. It was so nice.... I got to sleep in, and then I got up and made myself and my Daddy breakfast! (well, it was like 10 but it was breakfast for us!)
Then I went outside and it was so warm and sunny, I thought it would be so awesome to go to the beach! So me, my parents, Brandi, Justin and Noah all went to our friends' house in Malibu, it was great. We had a blast just being in the sun and hanging out. And to top the night off, I just got back from PINZ where i went bowling with the whole family! We never do things like that, so it was something special for us to do something normal together. Daddy beat me, and so did Brandi! But it was still fun.... at least I beat Noah =)
Last thing, I wanna give you guys the scoop on whats going on next week! I am going on my very first radio tour! I'm so stoked, were hitting San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago.. and a few other places. Its gonna be busy but exciting. Just me and my two guitar players Stacy and Jamie. Listen for us! Meanwhile my Dad and Brandi are going to Nashville to do radio there, promoting my Dad's new record BACK TO TENNESSEE! He's really excited about these new songs, some of which are in the Hannah Montana movie! YAY!

I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. Hey guys! Just wanted to give you a quick update on whats going on in my life! Im still in Nashville, but Im heading back to LA tomorrow! Taylor and I rehearse together tomorrow in Nashville before the Grammys on Sunday! That is going to be so much fun! Ive had such a good time being home hanging out with my friend Lesley and just chillin' out! Its good to get away from it ALL every now and then! I couldnt of planned a better week to come back to Nashville! I cant believe all of the silly STUFF that has been put out in the press this week! It really makes me sad that people want to tear other people down just for the sake of magazine sells and hits on websites! Unfortunately, it seems like BAD is what sells! As for the shot of me taken outside of a dressing room, I wasnt aware that some creepy paparazzi was able to get a picture of me from where I was in the store. When did it become so out of control, that I cant come out of a dressing room to show my sister a shirt Im trying on? It seems to me there needs to be better laws and more boundaries on these photographers! Ive also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, Im sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context! In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new "BAD GIRL"! I feel like now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on! Lucky me! haha Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know what is on my heart. You guys know me and have been by my side every step of the way! You guys know my heart and know the most important things to me are my friends, family, fans, and GOD! In NO WAY do I want to disappoint any of you! But, when I have made mistakes in the past, I feel like Ive owned up to them and apologized. Anyway, I really wish everyone would stop focusing on my personal life and get back to focusing on what I love! Music and Acting! Hopefully, I will be touring again this fall! Hey guys!!! I hope you've been liking my videos i've been posting. I have so much fun making them, and I think it's important to confront all the crazy rumors that float around the web about me... it's insane the things people come up with! I just want my fans to know the truth! Because you guys are so awesome to me.
I can't believe I finally have my own car! I've been so back and forth between this car and that car... and I just finally decided on a Prius Hybrid. I really do want to help better our environment, and this is another way to do that! Not to mention the car is totally cute! And yes.. i'm serious about those Hello Kitty floor mats! =)
Anyway, I just wanted to give you a little update. I did several photoshoots this week since we were on hiatus for Hannah Montana. It was a busy week but it will be worth it when all the magazines come out! I had a great time and got to wear some killer outfits, and of course work with some really cool people. But now I have a few days to do whatever I want! (which NEVER, EVER happens.... seriously) so I am going to Nashville with my Mommy for just a couple of days of vacation. Which is better than zero days of vacation... even though I wish it was longer. I can't wait to get home and ride my horses and relax on our farm without any distractions! I think i'm also gonna get to hang out with Taylor and Lesley, and i'm so so stoked for that!

Hey everyone! So i'm a little late on the 'Happy New Year' thing, but better late than never i always say! So far this year has been a lot like the last one.. busy busy busy!! We started filming again as soon as I got home from Nashville. Last week was so fun! We had some special guests on the show that i'm sure ya'll will be totally excited about! But I'm not going to spill the surprise yet.
I just got back from the Golden Globes last night.... it was my first time to go! I was loving seeing some of my friends and meeting new people. I was totally honored to be there, ESPECIALLY to be a nominee! Afterwards I came home and watch a movie with my big sister, and ended up falling asleep before the end (oooooops). But it was nice to spend quality time with her!
One more thing!! I added a new category to the OFFICiAL PICTURES! It's called Miley's Photobooth, and it's a bunch of personal pics of mine that i've taken and want to share with ya'll! I'll update it as much as I can and I hope you enjoy the silly moments I catch in pictures too!!
