Natasha Bedingfield’s ‘Less Is More’ Summer

Posted on Wednesday April 20, 2011 at 12:01 PM Add |

The British singer-songwriter will perform in 29 cities in the U.S. during June and July in support of her third studio album, “Strip Me.”

But she won’t make the trek alone. Accompanying her as special guests will be singer-songwriter Kate Voegele and new artist Andy Grammer.

Presented by Freschetta, the tour begins on the East Coast, travels across the country and then heads back to the Eastern Seaboard. Launching in Northampton, Mass., at Pearl Street June 5, stops include Somerville, Mass., at the Somerville Theatre June 8; Philadelphia’s Theatre Of Living Arts June 12; Chicago at House Of Blues June 16; Denver’s Gothic Theatre June 22; Seattle at Showbox @ The Market June 26; West Hollywood’s House Of Blues June 29; Houston’s House Of Blues July 7; Atlanta at Center Stage July 11 and Tampa, Fla., at The Ritz July 14. Last destination on the routing sheet is Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at Culture Room July 16.

“I’m so excited and ready to go back on tour in the U.S. to celebrate this new album,” Bedingfield said. “I always find inspiration in performing for my fans. There’s just something about being on the road and singing my songs live that is refreshing. It reminds me of why this is what I absolutely love.”
