Cardiff City have this afternoon reached an agreement with Newcastle United to take highly rated 19 year old Slovenian prospect Haris Vuckic on loan for an initial month.

The loan period is set to be activated on Friday February 10^th and will take in all Cardiff City's league games up to an including Bristol City away on Saturday March 10^th. Haris however will be cup tied for the Carling Cup Final at Wembley due to his substitute appearance against Scunthorpe United in the competition - a match that ran to extra time.

At 6ft 3" Haris is hotly tipped for a big future with Newcastle and can play as an attacking central midfielder or in the number ten striker role.
