Big Brother 15: 100 Days of Summer

Are you ready for the longest BB season ever?

Big Brother 15: 100 Days of Summer

It looks like BB15 is going to be the longest summer ever! In a new commercial for Big Brother 15 we learn that this season’s show will be 100 days long.

This season begins earlier than normal, on June 26, and will end the first week of October if there’s no “catch” about the 100 days. By comparison, last season was 69 days long, so yes, we are in for a very long summer of Big Brother in 2013.

There are tons of rumors on Twitter right now from some Big Brother fans who are probably just trying to get attention. They’re spreading rumors of an All-Star cast (Big Brother already confirmed an all new cast), and details about the live feeds which have not been released yet. I’m not buying any of those rumors,  and you probably shouldn’t either.

The one thing floating around Twitter that I am loving though….is this:

Big Brother 15 BB15 Longest Season Ever

What do you think about 100 Days of Big Brother? I’m sure there won’t be many complaints about it being too long!

Couldn’t be more excited!! This season is already shaping up to be one to remember. As for the rumor going around that the live feeds will be free, I highly doubt it. I would rather pay for the live feeds to be able to use the flashback feature, then get them for free.

I guess it will be 100 days counting the 7 to 10 days they are in there before the show premieres so it will still end in september.

Is there anyway of showtime airing BBAD? The channel that they are saying its going to be on is not offered in my area.

Sorry no more BBAD on SHO2….so save ur money to buy the Live Feeds, it might just cost ya $10 a month, maybe the rumor that the Feeds might be free…but $10 a month is very cheap, Kathy..☺..

Last season was 75 days long. You need to add in the pre-Episode 1 days.

I can see a long BB season. It is relatively cheap to produce (CBS owns the studio where the BB “house” is located) and there is no competition from rival networks to speak of. Now that the economy is slowly rebounding, there are less people taking staycations during the summer, and any decent ratings from BB is advertising dollar gold for CBS.

The move of After Dark from Sho2 to TVGN…the only reason I can think of is to bolster ratings and keep more cable companies and DirecTV and DISH from dumping the channel and get the cable companies who dumped it to return it to their lineups. After all, CBS owns 50 percent of the channel.

The jury is still out on the live feeds…we do not have any concrete information on how that is going to work. I seriously doubt there will be free live feeds.
