Writer-producer Jason Evigan has quickly become known for his big hooks, masterful use of dynamics, and innovative sound design. Jason was launched to the forefront of in-demand producers with his work on Demi Lovato’s “Heart Attack” - a Top 5 charting double platinum single. This was coproduced with Mitch Allan as part of Suspex. Recently Evigan co-wrote Jason Derulo’s double platinum, Top 3 single “Talk Dirty”. In addition, he’s currently working on material with Rihanna, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, Austin Mahone and Madison Beer. He’s also produced records with Selena Gomez, Fifth Harmony, Zendaya, and Lupe Fiasco. Evigan offers artists and co-writers a uniquely wide range of skills - melodies and lyrics, instrumental prowess, and innovative programming. He brings a laid back and affable approach to sessions - believing creative success begins with personal chemistry. “Before a session, I like to hang out a little with the artist or co-writer, maybe grab coffee or a quick bite to eat,” he says. “What we do together as songwriters is so intimate and personal, it’s great to have that foundation of ease to start from.” Prior to his career as a writer-producer, Evigan was the lead singer of After Midnight Project. The band released one album and 4 EPs. They participated in the Warped Tour and played with artists such as Chevelle, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Papa Roach, 30 Seconds to Mars, 10 Years and Story of the Year. Though he came up in the alt-rock scene, his palette is expansive - encompassing genres such as hip-hop, R&B;, pop, rock, metal, EDM and singer-songwriter.
