Emergency Services

Conspicuity can be a minefield if you are not familiar with it. As well as Chapter 8 and rear chevron kits, we also supply the battenburg livery to the emergency services. Each service has to be clearly defined, and here at Vehicle Livery Solutions we can provide battenburg for all the services.

We are suppliers of all the major manufacturers in the UK, including 3M, Avery Dennison, Reflexite and Rennicks, all of which are approved for highways markings, meeting the requirements of ECE104 and Chapter 8. (EC104 is a regulation that establishes guidelines for the use of retroreflective safety markings on the rear and sides of heavy goods vehicles operating throughout Europe).

All our battenburg kits are retroreflective with a microprismatic construction and then edge sealed when cut, to retain its effectiveness and durability. If you need outstanding performance at medium and short distances, we also offer materials from leading manufacturers, which have superior retroreflective properties. i.e. 3M's DG3 and Oralite's Brilliant Grade.
