Viral photo: Weird tale of “SEX vali scooty”

Could you ever even imagine that your biggest cause of concern could be the vehicle you ride, not because it's damaged or anything, not because you are having trouble riding it, not because it's malfunctioning but all because you have a number plate that’s attracting eye-balls? It is a little 'life's joke' kind of situation when the number plate of your vehicle becomes the centre of 'wrong' attraction. A similar incident happened with a girl whose number plate is going viral and doing the rounds on the internet.
This incident is about a number plate of a Scooty owned by a Delhi resident who never in her life would have thought that this would be a cause of concern for her someday. And it’s trending for all the wrong reasons which are so unfair because neither she nor her family played any role in deciding the number plate.

THE BACKGROUND STORY

The owner of the scooter, Preeti is a Delhi resident from a middle-class family. She asked her parents for scooty as a birthday present and she got one. But instead of this gift making her happy, it landed her in a weird situation. When she registered her vehicle and got a number plate for the same, that is how this entire fiasco started. The number plate she got, contained the letters S.E.X spelled out in between the numbers. Preeti’s brother had no clue that the letters on the number plate are going to be a cause of concern for him and his family.
Initially, friends started making fun of it, followed by random people who were free enough to notice the numbers on the plate and soon it became a social media sensation. When the R.T.O office was asked to comment on the same, the officer said that a whole lot of around ten thousand vehicles have been allotted the number plate from this series so it’s no big deal.

Preeti now wants to change the number plate, but the big question is – is it even possible? But on an even bigger note, the question would be, who is to be blamed for this entire fiasco?
