For some, drifting off to sleep is never easy. People try all kinds of things like a hot bath, no screen time for an hour and whale sounds playing through earphones.

Health and Wellness brand Kloris knows this and has created a range of products with many health benefits to help with numerous things we all struggle with at some point in our lives- and the results are staggering. The Kloris brand offers everything from aches and pains support to menopause symptom-easing products.

A friend recommended the CBD oil to reviewer Tom Capon when he opened up that his lack of sleep was becoming an issue. He can now drift off to sleep in 30 minutes every night using them and has never looked back.

Tom found that after trialling a handful of CBD oils, this one in particular came out on top. He shared his thoughts.

"Sleep has always been a massive issue for me and getting to sleep just seemed unachievable. From my early years right up until my early twenties I spent hours staring at the ceiling, wondering when my brain would shut off. Then I found my routine - with CBD oil in the mix.

"Go to bed an hour before I need to get to sleep, eat a kiwi before bed, facemask, find the appropriate podcast/YouTube video so my brain can be distracted enough to trick itself into sleeping. Some days, when I'm feeling really hyperactive, ASMR comes to the rescue.

"Still, a night comes along where I just can't switch off. My brain is panicking about everything from work to something I said to a stranger at an event, despite them not knowing I'm even still alive, to the inevitable destruction of the planet. The only thing that gets me out of this rut is CBD oil. This is a chemical compound taken from the marijuana plant - not the trippy bit (THC), just the relaxing one, which is completely legal.

"My friend recommended it to me but I decided to test a few out before I committed to purchasing one full time. After three gos I've found one that's absolutely perfect for getting to sleep, including a lack of absolutely manic dreams: Kloris CBD oil.

"I opted for the 10% (1000mg) option, which is pretty strong. Kloris use CBD from European grown hemp and blend it with MCT oil, which makes it easier to absorb and, crucially, have a better taste.

"You put between two to four drops underneath your tongue and leave it for 90 seconds before swallowing. This brings up Kloris ' greatest strength compared to rival brands: it actually tastes all right.

"If you've ever walked around London for even a second you know that there's a specific smell and taste to marijuana. With this being a derivative, it can end up tasting like an East London park. But Kloris doesn't have any bad after taste at all; in fact, it's pretty unnoticeable and I would argue that's the highest praise for go-to-bed drops.

"I previously tried the weaker Simply CBD from Amazon, but I encountered two problems with this. Firstly, it tastes pretty gross - you need to be very familiar with the flavour to get by on it. Secondly, the dreams from this one sent me through a loop. This is a common reported side effect of CBD and while I love a good mind-constructed narrative, this was next level. I needed to try something else for fear of being that guy who talks about his dreams at the pub.

"While I've still experienced some rad dreams from Kloris, they are nowhere near as intense, meaning it's a much smoother operation. The biggest issue is the price - you are getting what you pay for, but £64 for 10ml is pretty steep. I've used for about two weeks and am halfway through the bottle.

"As such I'd recommend using the Subscribe and Save, which brings it down to £48. You can set the levels to four weeks, six weeks or eight weeks, and you also get free delivery. Alternatively, you can opt for a bigger bottle at £128 (£96 for a subscription), which will go a lot longer.

"Another point in its favour are the drops work pretty quickly. The (admittedly cheaper) Amazon drops took about an hour before I felt relaxed and sleepy, but these work in about 30 minutes. Overall, I will be sticking with Kloris - it's worth the money, you know you're getting a high-quality product and it sends me to sleep without a gross taste in my mouth.

"You can pick up the Kloris CBD oil drops from their website.

"If CBD is not your bag, I can also recommend hemp oil - which uses neither CBD nor THC. From the same plant, it can be used to help with sleep, though there is a lot less science behind it. This from BeneHemp on Amazon (£39.99 for two) is one I used before switching up to CBD."

Bargain hunters looking to save money on their first order but who might not want to subscribe until they see whether it works, can get £28 off - taking the price of their first bottle down to £36 overall - by using the code 28OFF at checkout .
