Do we think Doja is going to submit the standard version of Scarlet to AOTY and Rap Album, or the deluxe (Scarlet 2 CLAUDE)? I’m intrigued to see what she submits in the Rap field. I am almost certain that “Agora Hills” will be submitted in ROTY, SOTY and BPSP (the song is more pop leaning than “Paint the Town Red” was and that got into BPSP). In my opinion, her Rap field submissions should be “MASC” for Melodic Rap Performance, “ACKNOWLEDGE ME” for Rap Performance, and “97” for Rap Song.
I think she’ll send the deluxe version in for AOTY & Rap Album.
As far as singles go, I can still see Agora Hills going for Melodic Rap. But I can also see them sending it to Pop Solo since it was a Top 10 hit & PTTR also got in for Pop Solo. If Agora Hills goes to Pop, then I think either “MASC”, “ACKNOWLEDGE ME”, or “Head high” can go to Melodic Rap, “Gun”, “Wet ******”, or “n.h.i.e” for Rap Performance (though the last would be 21 Savage’s team’s decision since that’s his song & she was only a feature), and “ACKNOWLEDGE ME” or maybe “Gun” or “97” for Rap Song.
I can also see them sending “Agora Hills” to Music Video.

It counts because the downloads were done (“shipped”) yesterday (Friday).
It’s like with CDs/vinyl. Billboard doesn’t count them the day you buy, but the day it gets shipped. For digitals, it only counts when the content is available to be downloaded/downloads are made effective. In Taylor’s case, evem though the items had to be bought on Thursday, the download was made effective (available, basically) on Friday, hence counting for this new tracking week.
Anyways the HMHAS predictions seem to be lowballed. Unless it starts rapidly falling, I imagine it will end up with ~290-310k units.

for billie, her spotify streams is much stronger internationally than american and her apple music performance isn’t great. as a fanbase artist, most of pure sales come from preorders to hitsdailydouble forecast should be good. she can definetly outperform their current forecast with a stronger streaming hold but their numbers make perfect sense.

Billie is not winning any song/performance category. Her game is Album Of The Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and for Finneas it’s Producer Of The Year. This album is a whole record. Songs from this album don’t work separately.

She was talking about seducing your dad in “bad guy” and they totally went for it. This is not the issue.
However, there are much better songs in the album that would deserve the noms over “Lunch”. We just have to wait and see how the next singles are gonna perform.
At least we need to get another MV cause the “Lunch” one is a career worst.

Vampire and What Was I Made For were nominated in Song Of The Year despite bad ballot placement. We Can’t Be Friends is the biggest female pop hit of the year and will be easily nominated in SOTY.
