Ryo Mizuno is the creator of the famous 'Legend of Lodoss Wars' series and its sequel, 'Legend of Crystania' series. Created from campaign notes from Mizuno's fantasy role-playing game sessions, these series are among the very first to incorporate elements of Western 'sword-and-sorcery'-style fantasy into anime and manga.
