Peter Andre has delighted fans by sharing a sweet new photo of his baby daughter, just hours after he and wife Emily MacDonagh finally revealed her name.
The couple welcomed little Arabella Rose Andrea into the world on Tuesday, 2 April and have been keeping their followers in the loop as they adjust to life with a newborn. Peter, 52, recently admitted that he and Emily were struggling to pick the perfect name for their bundle of joy.
Fast forward to 2 May and the proud parents have shared a brand-new snap of baby Arabella on Instagram. The adorable image shows her swaddled in a white knitted blanket, resting her head on her arms. Emily, the doting mum, captioned the photo: "It's taken a while but after lots of deliberation we've finally decided. Arabella Rose Andrea. Thank you to the lovely Sarah Deakin @curation_studio for the beautiful photos! ".
Peter also posted the same picture but with a different caption: "I think you've chosen a beautiful name @dr_emily_official Arabella Rose Andrea I LOVE it. and I love her.. and you of course:) Apparently in Greek it's Ἄρβηλα", reports OK!. Fans couldn't resist commenting on the Mysterious Girl singer's Instagram post, showering the family with words of support and cooing over the little one's name and picture.
"Hello beautiful Arabella Rose what a pretty name I love it and the tiny feet are adorable," one Instagram user penned. "Beautiful name! She is definitely a little Bella," chimed in another. A third admirer commented: "What an adorable pretty name. She looks absolutely gorgeous".
The couple, who recently welcomed their daughter Arabella, are now proud parents to three children - Amelia, 10, Theo, seven, and newborn Arabella. They also share Peter's older children, Princess, 16, and Junior, 18. This heartwarming update follows the first photos of their newborn shared by Peter and Emily, 34, with OK! Magazine, just a day after her birth.
Sharing some touching snaps of himself and Emily holding baby Arabella, Peter expressed: "Just minutes old......We feel so overwhelmed right now. So happy to welcome our beautiful girl to the family." "Mum and daughter are doing amazing. Born Tuesday 2nd April 2024, 7lb 3oz and thankfully very healthy. Baby has been spoilt with cuddles from Junior, Princess, Amelia and Theo who are all in love with their new little sister. As parents, we couldn't be happier."
