DULUTH, MN. (Northern News Now) - Representative Pete Stauber announced Monday he will seek re-election to Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District.

Stauber, a republican, made the announcement in a one-minute video shared on social media.

“Minnesotans are known for our grit and resolve and it’s in our nature to face challenges head-on, working hard until the job is done,” Stauber said in an X post. “I am proud to be running for re-election to Congress so I can stand with you and fight for our way of life!”

Stauber originally won Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District seat in 2018 and has been re-elected in each election year since then.
