TriBecca’s—Try Becca’s, get it?—adds inspiration from Groth’s hometown of Galesburg, Illinois, while her husband Cam Waron adds a bit of sweetness to the menu via his own Tuber Doughnuts. And what they lack in size—they took over the late-great Devil Dawgs 350-square-foot flagship—they more than make up for with their fried chicken mastery.
