A few severe storms this afternoon and evening

From the National Weather Service Weather Story:  A cold front will move slowly southward across the Kansas region this afternoon and tonight. The front will interact with increasing moisture, resulting in increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms, particularly across southern and southeast Kansas. A few of the storms could become severe with large hail and damaging winds.
