Amazon Astro, often shortened to Astro, is an American brand of domestic robots developed by Amazon.[1] The device is designed to help users with a range of tasks from home security monitoring to assisting for the care of elderly people who are living remotely. The system can follow a person from room to room playing music, podcasts, and shows.[2]

Features

Tom's Guide called the device "Alexa on wheels" and everything available on the Amazon Echo Show 10 is on this new device. The Astro has visual ID and should be able to recognize different family members and send an alert if the device sees someone in the home it does not recognize.[3]
