Fair use rationale for Image:HuG Uber Alles Cover.jpg

Image:HuG Uber Alles Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Sampling a DDR song?

"Third Reich From The Sun" has the same "Great fries, buy seven fries, five magazines, hey!" sample as "Drop Out" by NW260. Can anyone figure out where these came from? --Damian Yerrick (talk | stalk) 11:33, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

I can't really help with the exact question you have posed, but in your simfile of "The legend of Drop Out" you gave the lyrics as "Raise flag! Kobe! Five seven five! By magazine! Hey!" (Sorry for the original research.) Upon casually listening to Drop Out, I can't find anything to favor one set of lyrics over the other, and GameFAQs doesn't seem to have information on Drop Out's lyrics. I haven't listened to "Third Reich from the Sun."

Is there any non-common-sensical reason you revised your opinion of the lyrics? How relevant are the lyrics to our investigation of the issue? What justifies your belief in these samples having a common source? --131.215.159.175 (talk) 08:27, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

The lyrics aren't important. (For the record, I found "Raise flag" as purported official lyrics on a forum, and "Great fries" appears to be from an animutation.) But if you listen to "Third Reich from the Sun", at least the version that's on YouTube, you can probably hear a match in the timing and intonation of the words. I could document the similarity, but it might have to be done off wiki, as it's original research. I've also heard "Drop Out"'s "ra-ra-ra-ra-round-round" sample in "American Bad Ass" by Kid Rock ("You just can't fuck with Twisted [Drop Out sample] TRUCKER!!!!111") and even in "It's All Good" by MC Hammer, which came out half a decade before DDR. --Damian Yerrick (talk | stalk) 18:48, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the clarification. I should have thought harder before posting my previous message. First of all, I took your section title and proposed lyrics a little too literally.
