After more than 20 years in the business, the Backstreet Boys aren’t slowing down anytime soon. Recently, the band performed at the Miss USA 2016 pageant and announced an upcoming Las Vegas residency trial run, not to mention that they’re slated to perform on ABC’s upcoming series Greatest Hits, where they’ll be joined by Meghan Trainor.

All that aside, they’ve also found time to get back in the studio. Brian Littrell recently took to Instagram to announce that new music from the band — which could be their eighth album — is due out in late August. Littrell’s photo caption teased that the band was, “Doing something we’ve never done before…. BSB feature with FGL….. Great record…. Comes out late August…..”

Whether FGL stands for Florida Georgia Line or not is to be determined, but going country would definitely be something the Backstreet Boys have never done before.
