Rap-Up.com || Mariah Carey Touches Down in Brazil

Mariah Carey has remained out of the public eye for the last few months, sparking rumors that she is pregnant. But the pop songbird resurfaced in São Paulo, Brazil, on Thursday (Aug. 18). After dining at a steakhouse and greeting her lambs, MC headed to the Fasano Hotel for some rest. She is in the South American country to perform at the Festa Do Peão de Boiadeiros (Cowboy Festival) in Barretos this weekend.

During a recent press conference in Seoul, South Korea, Island Def Jam executive Matt Voss announced that Mariah’s Christmas album will be released on November 2. It will reportedly feature six new songs, plus covers and a new mix of her classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” The album’s packaging was shot by famed photographer David LaChapelle.

Alas, a release date for the highly anticipated second Christmas album! A little insider for everyone: she is also working on a new studio album with several different producers (one being J.D.) and is looking towards a single by late 2010….but honestly, it’s Mimi, that means we’re looking at a early/mid 2011 release, LOL. ;)

I can’t believe you all are calling her fat. People have no respect these days. Also, you say it as if gaining a couple pounds is a bad thing. It’s a shame that women deal with such pressures regarding body image, and all of you who call her fat in that negative tone are encouraging that thought that “women should look a certain way” (FYI I’m a man who is a strong supporter of feminist issues). We as a society need to re-evaluate our way of thinking. Mariah still has an insane voice, and the things she’s done for the music world are incomparable. How bout treatin a lady with some respect?

She’s probably pregnant! A few months ago, she did the photoshoot for the upcoming christmas album, because she knew she would get more fat as time goes by. Mariah is not stupid, and she always has been a slim person, there’s probably a important reason behind all that weight.

I pity the hateful people on this blog and everywhere. Even if I was fat, had no life, and was living in my parents house working a minimum wage job instead of being who/where I am I STILL wouldn’t hate on others like some people do here. Because the temporary relief you got by being hateful to others won’t last, and when it’s over you’ll still be in your situation and nothing will have changed except you’re a little more bitter.

Before you judge people you should know what people are going through she was having problems having a baby so she had to start taking all of those hormone shots for her to conceive a child my sister had to go through the same thing that’s why the weight is on you people are so silly and need to grow up wait to you all start having babies if you do not already have some and picked up weight and have to work to get it off and you probly not all that small like you think you are and something can happen in your life to you will get big are extra small but cracks shut up and grow up
