Compilation of Morning Again's 1996 releases. The material had originally appeared on Morning Aagain's demo tape, The Cleanest War EP, Morning Again first 7" single, the split 7" with Shoulder, the Hand Of Hope compilation, the Maryr EP and the Hand Of The Martyr compilation. None of the material is original to this release.

The songs "Cradle Of Empty Promise" and "Martyr" were carelessly used on both compilations "I" and "II" because the record label's owner, Marcel Erdmann did not read the liner notes of the original releases; thus not realizing that they were the same songs that had been used on various releases.
