The league action may be over but there's still a Scottish Cup final to look forward to next weekend.

Despite missing out on the league trophy, the double is still on for Rangers, will Jo Potter's side use the title heartbreak as fuel to do a number on Hearts next weekend? Or can Hearts cause a major upset?

Celtic lift their first ever SWPL title!

Celtic defender Caitlin Hayes tells BBC Alba: It's out of this world. "I think it feels more special because it's been such a long journey.

"Never in doubt [that the goal was coming]. I never give up belief in this team. Whether it's five-a-side in training, everybody wants to win every game.

"Something always means more when you know what the opposite feels like and we certainly felt the opposite of it last year. There were some dark days in this camp. We knew we never wanted to feel like that again and that was fuel for today.

"Credit to the girls, every single one of them stood up."

Celtic game-winner Amy Gallacher tells BBC Alba: "Unbelievable. I was getting worried. But you get that one chance and thankfully I put it away.

"We were dominating the game and had chances, it just wasn’t going our way. But I just kept thinking to myself that if we get that one chance - which we did - we’d put it in the back of the net.

"It's the best day of my life. It’s such a good feeling. I didn’t know what to do when I scored either. Unbelievable.

"We’ve had backing from our fans all year. So, to get over 7,000 here today is fantastic. It’s nothing less than the team deserve as well."

I think the key change for Celtic was Tash Flint coming back in the January window.

I think that sent a message to everyone that they were going to go for it again.

She is a top quality player and it is a testament to the league that you can attract that quality of player back.

What. A. Day.

Celtic captain Kelly Clark tells BBC Alba: "It's probably not set in yet, I don't have the words.

"I doubted it in the last five minutes and I probably shouldn't have.

"The girls were unbelievable and that is just a moment I'll think about for the rest of my life.

"For it to be Amy Gallacher, who's got family history with the club, it was such a special moment. Almost written in the stars.

"I didn't expect anything less than a Rangers win but I knew it wasn't going to be a rugby score. I knew if we did our job on the pitch we'd get the win.

"There are girls here that have given their life to the club. The girls have really bonded, there was a desire to do well for each other."

What a moment for herself, her family, and her teammates and staff.

Worth noting, it's the first time both the men's and women's teams from the same club have lifted the league title in the same season.
