A memorial service and visitation for world-renowned choreographer Ruth Page, 92, will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 1045 N. Dearborn St. Ms. Page died Sunday in her home on the Near North Side. She is survived by her husband, Andre Delfau; and a brother.
