Third time back to the Royal Pavilion and never fails to impress. Really noticeable how friendly the team are and they never pass you without an acknowledgement or greeting. Breakfast was good and varied with some nice healthy options. Room was good and the views were excellent! Really enjoyed the round sunbeds on the balcony spacious and comfortable. Two areas which could have been better were the Cocktails evening (not well publicised or attended) and the Afternoon teas (on our previous visits were free). Other than that a lovely hotel in an amazing location!
very happy with our stay for 14 nights, really enjoyed it
Our stay at the Fairmont was beautiful. The rooms all had a spectacular view, staff were kind & attentive, location & beach were stunning, dining, bars & entertainment were wonderful. This was a relaxing vacation, away from the crazy day to day, life moves slow here but in a peaceful way. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived at the airport and was greeted by a representative of the Fairmont who guided me through entry and baggage claim , I felt special. That feeling was reinforced time after time again, from beginning to end, from the champagne welcoming drink, to the in room couples massage and dining experiences I felt like royalty.

The room was fine and the position excellent but the level of service and quality of the food was very poor - 3 star at best. We had the bar refusing to serve us at 11.00pm as they were 'closed' although more interested in going home - it took 20 minutes to get a drink and we were the only ones in there! Having eaten out most of the time due to the poor food options I know it is possible to get amazing staff and service but clearly the management are noy too bothered
Loved our Beach front Room number 127 situated so close to sand and sea. Ideal for an early morning swim and long walk along the beach. Excellent and friendly Staff always willing to help and make us feel so welcome. We had a fabulous 15 wonderful days in the Fairmont . Palm Terrace Breakfast superb but the Evening Menu never changed . However so wonderfully positioned.

There was alot that was sub standard for a five star hotel. 1. One of the restaurants was closed for most of the stay 2. Pizza oven didn't work 3. I have two young children - either no or faults child seats 4. No outside lights - regularly had to sit and eat in the dark 5. Rooms weren't cleaned daily and then the staff were rude
